Flow-chart

1.Scrapped battery into the shredder machine firstly, shredded battery into the crusher for crushing, paper break up the battery inside and outside negative film , break up the material through the fan into the feeder, then dust collected by the pulse dust collector which produced by the crusher.
2.Raw material in the collection into the material collector into the collector through the air separation device into the sieve through the air plus vibration. The positive and negative films in the separator paper collection at the same time the air separator The resulting dust is collected.
3.Then the mixture is broken by a hammer vibrator, the vibrating sieve and the air flow sorting are combined to separate and recover the positive and negative electrode materials of the waste lithium battery.

Lithium-ion Battery Recycling Main Equipment

Shredder: Shredded lithium batteries into smaller pieces.
Hammer crusher: For the secondary crushing of shredded materials.
Grinder: For the grinding of the crushed materials.
Separation machine: Separate the materials after being ground.
Collector: Collect and release the dust .
Pulse purifier (air cleaner): Clean all the dust produced during the operation of the whole system.
Classifying screen:Screen the materials sorted by the separation machine,and screen out oflarger metal materials.
Magnetic machine: Separate nickel from the metals.
Gravity separator:Separate those finer materials got from the screening machine and separate the metal completely.
High-pressure blower: Keep the whole system in a negative state so as to collect the materials and purity the air.

Advantages of Yuxi Lithium Battery Recycling Plant

1. The resource utilization of metal copper and carbon powder in the negative electrode material of waste lithium battery can be realized through the combined process of hammer crushing, vibration screening and air separation.
2. The negative electrode material can be effectively separated from the carbon powder and the copper foil after being crushed by hammer crusher, and then the copper foil and the carbon powder can be preliminarily separated by vibration sieving based on the difference in size and shape between the particles.
3. For crushed particles with a particle size of 0.125~0.250 mm and a low copper grade, air separation can be used to achieve effective separation of copper and carbon powder. When the air velocity is 1.00 m/s, the recovery effect is good.
